The Archives of Appalachia at East Tennessee State University stewards nearly two miles of manuscripts, 250,000 photographs, 90,000 audio and moving image recordings, and 14,000 books. These materials help to document the diverse history and culture of southern Appalachia. The items included here represent a small portion of the Archives' available digitized holdings.
