The Guinn Family Papers, held by the Archives of Appalachia at East Tennessee State University, consists of letters and postcards to Thomas S. Guinn and D.M. Guinn, Sr. of Jonesborough and Johnson City, Tennessee, primarily from family members; a manuscript copy of a property deed between Aaron and N.A. Keys and Joseph, Thomas, David, and Samuel Guinn; and some high school commencement invitations, greeting cards, and wedding invitations.
