Description

The John Shelton Reed Collection of Kingsport, Tennessee Photographs, held by the Archives of Appalachia at East Tennessee State University, consists of six copy prints of photographs of Kingsport, Tennessee subjects. There are two enlargements of photographs of Church Circle, circa 1920; an enlargement of an undated photograph of the Rotherwood Elm; a copy of a photograph of the Kingsport High School Class of 1924, 23 May 1924; a copy print of a publication page depicting the T.E.C. Lunch Club on 7 May 1956; and a copy of a photograph of attendees of a Wilkinson family reunion that included George L. Carter and Mayetta Wilkinson Carter, undated.

The current digital collection contains JPEG file surrogates created in 2024 of the complete content of the collection.
