Farm House, Penland School, North Carolina

Built in the late 1800s, the Connolly House was the site of an early school in the Penland community. The first classes of the Appalachian Industrial School were held in the house until Ridgeway Hall could be completed, after which time it was occupied by the family that ran the school's farm.
