Justices Book For Civil District Washington County Tennessee, Samuel Conley, Justice of the Peace, 1850-1857
The book contains columns for When Tried, Parties Names, Amount of Judgment, Stays, Returning Officer, Date of Execution, Bill of Cost, and Officers Return. The court dates begin on June 1, 1850 and continue through July 19, 1852 with dates of execution ranging from 1850 through 1857. There is also a "Receipt to preserve Bacon" written inside the back cover.
